Potato Salad Recipe
In the world of comfort food, few dishes hold the same level of universal adoration as a delicious potato salad. Creamy yet chunky, and packed with crunchy vegetables, our potato salad is an ideal side dish.
Whether it's a side at summer picnic, a family gathering, or a simple weeknight dinner, potato salad has an uncanny ability to bring people together {and that’s one of our favorite things to do}. This potato salad will be a hit on your Easter lunch table - and at Spring garden party, Summertime cookout, and more.

A Few Key Ingredients:
- Yukon Gold Potatoes: This type of potato is creamy and buttery, just perfect for potato salad.
- Hard Boiled Eggs – A traditional potato salad ingredient, mashed hard boiled eggs adds depth of flavor {and texture} to the otherwise creamy salad.
- Paprika – Paprika adds not only a pop of color to this dish, but also mild heat.
Choosing the perfect serving bowl can help you set a table you love, and there are so many ways to plate and serve this beloved salad. Here are a few of our favorites:
- For an Easter lunch gathering, fill our Speckled Rabbit Best Bowl with the salad to add a festive twist to your tablescape.
- At a bay side gathering, serve the salad in the outdoor-friendly Fundamental Wood 11in Ruffle Bowl.
- At a Summertime cookout, Signature White 11in Ruffle Best Bowl holds the perfect amount of salad.
- For a football tailgate party, break out a Mango Wood Footed Bowl.
