Refund policy
We’re here to make returns as easy as possible. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines and use the form below. We do not currently offer exchanges.
Return Eligibility
- Full-price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date with your original Coton Colors receipt or online packing slip.
- Sale/Promotional merchandise (non-final sale) may be returned for a full refund of the sale price within 30 days of the delivery date with your original Coton Colors receipt or online packing slip.
- Final Sale merchandise, gifts with purchase, and promotional merchandise received with your order cannot be refunded at any time.
- Merchandise returned past the 30-day window is eligible for store credit only in the form of a Coton Colors e-gift card for the lowest listed price of the merchandise.
- Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Personalized Items
- Personalization fees are non-refundable.
- Personalized merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund & Return Process
- All returns must be accompanied by the original Coton Colors receipt or online packing slip.
- If you do not have your order number, receipt, or packing slip, please contact Customer Care at (850) 383-1111 or email customercare@coton-colors.com.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid return label, and a $9.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Once your return is delivered, it will be processed in the order it was received and any refunds due will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit within 10 business days.
Packaging & Shipping
- Please package your return securely in its original packaging and condition.
- We cannot issue refunds for merchandise that arrives at our facility damaged if the damage was not previously reported.
- If your return arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim with the carrier to receive a refund.
Exclusions & Adjustments
- Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
- If your return does not meet the terms outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request.
Damages
- If an item arrives to you damaged or defective, it may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

- A clear photo of the damage or defect is required to assess and process all order claims. You can upload your photo(s) directly into the form.
- Eligible refunds or replacement orders will be processed within 10 business days.
