While planning this dreamy springtime soirée, we were inspired by the pastel hues of blush and sage found in common scenes in spring. After scheming the perfect springtime celebration, we landed on a fresh approach to an Easter gathering: A Spring Awakening.

The Gathering
The vision for this Spring Awakening gathering was to set a serene table featuring a bright scene of pastels paired with a few tropes to tie in the Easter setting. Picture a basket full of colored eggs, notes of sage and blush, and a few dinnerware pieces with subtle silhouettes of rabbits.

The Table
While planning the spread, we knew we wanted the table to feature the essentials for a light menu paired with staple pieces to complement the color palette.
We played on the colors inspired by the season and layered our everyday designs with a few seasonal pieces to tie in the theme. Our Spring Awakening gathering featured a few designs from our subtle, yet sophisticated Easter Collection layered with our rosy Blush Collection.
The Serving Spread
Building on the theme of bright and fresh, we planned a lighter menu that could be easily plated or available for guests to serve themselves. If you choose to host this gathering, we recommend using a long table as a set serving station to serve each guest buffet style. This allows for more flexibility and movement without guests feeling confined to the table or one set area.
The Décor
For this Spring Awakening gathering one of the most important décor elements, in our humble opinion, are fresh florals. Nothing says spring has arrived than tucked vases of blush carnations and fresh eucalyptus perched in a centerpiece of colorful eggs.
Pair your lush centerpiece with place settings each featuring a few decorative Sage Speckled Eggs to add a unique visual element that can be personalized to include each guests’ name for a one-of-a-kind place card.
The Traditions
In our family, an Easter celebration not only includes gathering over a delicious spread but embarking on the highly anticipated Golden Egg hunt. This was not your average Easter egg hunt and often involved quite the competitive nature between the siblings.
