Green Beans and Dill Sauce Recipe

Roasted Green Beans with Dill Garlic Sauce is a simple yet delightful dish that transforms fresh green beans into a flavorful and tender side or snack. If you're searching for a side dish that's not only delicious but also simple to prepare, this dish fits the bill.

Fresh green beans prepared and cut and seasoned {generously} serve as the perfectly tender-but-crunchy base for this dish, which is a classic side at our Thanksgiving table.

Garlic dill sauce is a delectable dressing that combines the rich, savory flavors of garlic and the fresh, herbaceous notes of dill. It's a versatile sauce that can elevate many dishes, and we love to dress up our roasted green beans with it.

This savory and comforting dish is a family favorite in our house. We hope it becomes one in yours, too!

A Few Key Ingredients:

  • Fresh dill – Dill is a versatile, unique herb that adds a delicate freshness to the dish.
  • Garlic cloves – Garlic balances out the sauce by adding a savory, familiar and aromatic element.
  • Fresh green beans - Fresh green beans are the star of the dish, acting as a flavorful and tender base.

We love to serve Roasted Green Beans with Dill Garlic Sauce as a side with our favorite Autumn-inspired entrees in serving bowls or serving platters. We place small dipping bowls next to the serving bowls and fill them with the delicious sauce. Be sure to place matching or complementary serving utensils and napkins by the dish to complete the look.
