Roasted Green Beans with Dill Sauce
Serves 6-8
IngredientsFOR THE ROASTED GREEN BEANS:
- 12 oz package fresh green beans, washed and snipped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
FOR THE SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dill, minced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
FOR THE GREEN BEANS:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine snipped green beans, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread evenly in a flat layer across a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
FOR THE SAUCE:
- Combine mayonnaise with sour cream and mix until blended.
- Add in minced garlic, lemon juice, and minced dill. Mix well to combine.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
