The season of gathering and celebrating the holidays is quickly arriving and we have just the side dish that your menu needs. Whether you are looking for Thanksgiving inspiration or need a last-minute dish to bring to a dinner party, this Spinach Madeleine recipe is full of delicious flavors that’s sure to be a crowd favorite.

Spinach Madeleine is a delicious dish that has just the right amount of spice while also providing a creamy and savory flavor that’s perfect for serving as a side or even paired with toasted sourdough bread.

A Few Key Ingredients:

  • Frozen Leaf Spinach – Frozen is key to this recipe...keep reading to find out why.

  • Vegetable Liqueur – Although this may sound like a fancy ingredient unbeknownst to most, it is simply the liquid leftover from cooking the frozen spinach.

  • Worcestershire Sauce – This must-have ingredient packs a flavorful punch that highlights the savory ingredients.

As you are preparing to serve your Spinach Madeleine dish, we recommend combining your ingredients ahead of time but waiting to pop in the oven right before guests arrive. This yummy spinach recipe with toasted breadcrumbs is best served warm. Hint - try not to blitz your breadcrumbs too much but rather keep them coarser, this provides a unique texture to the creamy dish.
