Crudite Platter with Lemon Greek Dressing Recipe
A crudite platter is an elevated vegetable tray filled with an assortment of fresh, raw vegetables and dips or spreads. Put together a Crudite Platter with Lemon Greek Dressing as an appetizer for your next gathering – your guests will love you for it!
Traditionally, crudite platters contain only fresh vegetables and dips or spreads. Nowadays, it’s common to include additional offerings, such foods that are sweet, savory, or salty, on crudite platters. Because of this, making crudite platters is a fun, easy, and fresher alternative to using charcuterie boards at gatherings {though we love preparing both}.
We love to use serving boards or serving platters platters when we create our Crudite Platters with Lemon Greek Dressing, Setting out small salad plates, as well as napkins next to the tray, completes the look.
