Broccoli & Cauliflower Gratin Recipe
Ideal as a Thanksgiving side or as a dish for a weeknight family gathering, Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin elevates traditional vegetable dishes. Full of tender vegetables mixed with irresistible cheesy goodness, a blend of broccoli and cauliflower is coated in an oh-so-creamy cheese sauce to create {the ultimate} comfort food dish.
Whether you're planning a cozy family dinner or aiming to impress your dinner guests, this dish will be a crowd pleaser at your next gathering.
A Few Key Ingredients:
- Broccoli – We recommend using fresh, not frozen, broccoli for this recipe.
- Cheddar cheese – Extra sharp cheddar cheese gives this dish a {mild} kick.
- Cauliflower– Fresh cauliflower is the second star of this dish.
Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin is best served in a casserole dish. We recommend using our Signature White Ruffle Casserole Dish for both style and functionality, or, if you’re making a small portion, in our Signature White Ruffle Loaf Pan. If serving as an appetizer, be sure to set out salad plates, perfect for an individual serving size {but we won’t judge if you want seconds...or thirds}.
When setting the table, place matching or complementary serving utensils by the dinnerware to complete the look. Don’t forget to set out napkins for easy cleanup {it gets cheesy!}
Adults and kids alike will be asking for a second serving of this Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin – now that's something to be thankful for!
