Perfect Paloma Cocktail Recipe

Say cheers to the best-ever "Perfect" Paloma Cocktail recipe, and one we're delivering just in time for a long, holiday weekend. This zesty citrus-infused update to a classic lime margarita is the perfect balance of tart and sweet, plus it's easy to prepare and so delicious your guests will be searching for seconds.

The key ingredients to the Perfect Paloma:

  • Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice: The tart and crisp citrus pairs well with the punch of tequila and sparkly club soda for the most refreshing summer beverage.
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Simple Syrup: It balances out the sour grapefruit and lime flavors, plus it’s so easy to make at home and usually stays good for about a month when refrigerated. Mix up a bigger batch to use for weekly happy hour!
  • Tequila: We love Casamigos Blanco, but any white tequila will work.
  • Club Soda
  • Kosher Salt

Grab your juicer and prepare your fresh-squeezed grapefruit and limes the day before so all you have to do is mix and serve when guests start to arrive.

The sweet and refreshing flavors make for the perfect complementary cocktail to your sunset happy hour or your next seaside cookout. Pair with a fresh menu like Kyle did for her recent Frond Fête gathering and you are all set for a memorable evening.

When preparing to serve your Paloma cocktail, we recommend mixing and serving a big batch in a pitcher, like our Signature White Ruffle Pitcher, but don’t add the club soda until it’s poured into the glasses. Pair with a few Palm Cocktail Napkins so your guests can comfortably enjoy their chilled Palomas.

Tip: Keep your Paloma ingredients on your bar cart so your guests can easily top off their glasses without you having to worry about playing hostess or bartender.
