Marketing: Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator will provide tactical execution of the Coton Colors marketing strategy. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator will be organization, reporting and tracking of marketing materials and coordination of marketing activities as it relates to the marketing calendar. The overall goal of this position is to support marketing efforts to increase company revenues as well as further establish brand recognition.

Job Functions include but are not limited to:

- Catalog
o Manage catalog project from conception to delivery

- Communication
o Writing and coordinating the weekly Dish Email
o Writing for content as needed
o Develop and execute an internal communications plan
o Provide clear communication and status of progress between Department Head and Managers of daily company efforts. Keeping up with the details and summarizing efforts to Department Head
o Provide assistance with many of the needs of the Department, setting and creating agendas for meetings, email communication, scheduling, communication to inside and outside contacts, etc.

- Marketing Calendar
o Coordinate/manage marketing calendar
o Participate in meetings with Content Manager to assist in content coordination and execution

- Email Execution
o Manage Lists within Benchmark
o Create, manage and report on surveys


- Web Management
o Coordinate web calendar including updates and maintenance
o Maintain an index of content 

- Show Prep/Execution
o Order all materials needed for show marketing 
{including events}
o Coordinate assembly of all marketing materials for show
o Coordinate printing materials and signage
o Organize materials by show/ship-date
o Execute show checklist and update planogram
o Coordinate end-of-show inventory sheets and what needs to go to/from shows
o Attend show as needed

- Party and Event Prep/Execution
o Coordinate party execution with Collection Manager and Content Manager

- Miscellaneous
o Take direction from Marketing Director and Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing projects
o Maintain Lead Generation Program
o Coordinate Happy Everything welcome packets
o Coordinate Press Kits/Sales Kits
o Assist in projects for Coton Colors Design Center
o Assist in daily marketing activities as needed


Education and Experience:
• College Graduate
• Mac/PC Proficient

Sales: Business Development Executive

Territory Manager is responsible for applying strategic planning and achieving specific territory and category productivity goals by producing sales within the full line of Coton Colors products. This position works out of our Tallahassee, FL corporate office.
Job Functions include but are not limited to:
  • Prospecting and soliciting qualified new accounts in given territory

  • Telephone calls
  • Written correspondence
  • Participation in industry and community events, as well as trade shows
  • Targeted travel
  • Scheduling Appointments for trade shows
  • Executing call campaigns
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned monthly and annual sales targets
  • Assisting in ideas and development of sales campaigns and promotions
  • Maintaining accurate information on lead log for all new and ongoing leads and accounts, including solicitation effort

Education and Experience:

  • College degree
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office setting
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience in selling and in handling customer accounts
  • Phone sales experience

Tampa Flagship Store Manager

Develop a strategic plan that: creates a store environment which provides a superior sales and customer experience;
executes visual merchandising direction; and recruits, develops and retains a strong selling team, as necessary.
Perform general store operations and achieve sales goals.
Job Functions include but are not limited to:
  • Hire, train, motivate and retain qualified associates



  • Maintain payroll budget and manage controllable expenses to maximize profitability
  • Provide a clean, organized and inviting environment for both customers and associates
  • Oversee daily, weekly and monthly processes to ensure operational integrity
  • Manage all human resource related tasks including hiring, performance management, payroll and scheduling,
    health and safety and store security
  • Maintain knowledge of established policies and procedures
  • Plan and execute store events
  • Work with the Coton Colors marketing team to promote the store through social media and other avenues

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Warehouse Shipping Agent

Join our team! The Shipping Agent is responsible for providing accurate and prompt picking, packing and shipping of goods while helping to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Job Functions include but are not limited to:
  • Picking Orders: All orders must be picked daily.Checking Orders for Accuracy: Each Order must be checked by an individual other than the one who picked it.



  • Packing Orders for Shipment: Orders must be packed and prepared to be shipped in such a way as to insure the safety of the product, that the correct order will be received, and that it arrives in a condition that is aesthetically pleasing.
  • Loading and Unloading Incoming and Outgoing Shipments: Larger special shipments, both to large customers and from suppliers, must be loaded and unloaded quickly and efficiently; this will include numerous shipping containers.
  • Organizing and Categorizing Inventory: Product should be kept in a space efficient manner that allows for ease of access and accounting. Reorganization must be performed routinely.
  • Inspecting Product for Quality: Product quality must be maintained with consistent checking and examining of the product quality to ensure it meets correct specifications.

Education and Experience:

  • Applicants should be able to sustain activity in moving and handling items of up to 60 lbs., and be able to manage objects of up to 75 lbs. for singular tasks.
  • Applicants should be able to withstand both indoor and outdoor activities through all seasons.
  • Applicants should be able to read and write proficiently and quickly perform basic arithmetic.
