Where is the Warehouse Sale located?
Our 2023 Coton Colors Company Warehouse Sale is at our Coton Colors Company Fulfillment Center at 3208 W Tharpe St, Tallahassee, FL 32303. Get directions here.
Unfortunately, we will not have a 2023 Warehouse Sale in Tampa, Atlanta, or online at coton-colors.com, so we invite you to visit Tallahassee!

Do I have to buy a ticket to attend?
Our First Look and Fill-A-Box events are the only ticketed events within the Warehouse Sale. General Warehouse Sale days are free admission, and do not require tickets.
Pro Tip: First Look and Fill-A-Box Tickets go on sale on September 12, 2023, at 10am and have limited quantities available. Set your reminder and buy early so you don't miss out!

Do I have to sign up to attend?
We will register you at the door, but in order to save time at both entry and checkout, we strongly encourage all attendees to pre-register here {it only takes a minute!}

Can I bring a bag or tote with me?
Yes! You can bring a tote or bag to use for shopping. We also provide you with boxes to make corralling your purchase then packing and placing in your car super easy.
Pro Tip: Most shoppers will find a spot near the warehouse's perimeter to safely store their box of goodies so they can shop hands-free.

Where do I park?
There's a parking lot in front of the warehouse with open spaces, and overflow parking in the grass on the side street next to the building.
We ask that you please be respectful to the surrounding businesses and their access to their own property.

What types of payments do you take?
We accept Cash, Apple Pay and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Checks and Coton Colors and/or Happy Everything! gift cards are not accepted at this event.

How is pricing determined?
The majority of items have single pricing and bulk pricing. There are signs posted on and around product displays, but if you have questions find a crew member in a black t-shirt and they will be happy to explain it to you!
Pro Tip: Bulk Pricing = Deeper Discounts. Try to take advantage of bulk buys whenever you can! Think ahead to holiday gifts, etc.

Do you re-stock throughout the event? If so, will there be new merchandise each day?
Yes! Our crew will restock the floor constantly throughout the day {as well as every night} so we encourage you to visit the sale multiple times to ensure you don't miss anything!

Will there be any specials or promotions during the sale?
We can't reveal alllll our secrets! If you're lucky enough to be shopping while a surprise promotion is announced, make sure to listen up and take advantage!

Do you accept returns or exchanges for products I purchased at the Warehouse Sale?
No, all sales are final, so we will not accept returns or exchanges during or after the Warehouse Sale.
Pro Tip: Check your purchases before you exit the sale!

Do you have WiFi I can connect to?
Yes! Find a crew member in a black t-shirt and they will be happy to share it with you.

First Look FAQ

What exactly is First Look?
First Look is early access to the 2023 Coton Colors Company Warehouse Sale. Attendees to this ticketed event get the first look at the product assortment from Coton Colors and Happy Everything!, a private shopping experience with food and drinks, a Gift Bag (with an over $100 value!), complimentary on-the-spot personalization, and more!

I unexpectedly can't attend the event anymore, so can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes! If you cannot attend the event, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.

Do I need to bring my First Look Ticket receipt?
Yes! Your receipt will act as your ticket for entry and free gift!

Can I attend multiple First Look hours?
Absolutely! Just make sure to have the right ticket for that respective time slot printed and ready to go for entry and gift redemption.

Fill-A-Box FAQ

How Does Fill-A-Box work?
Once the clock starts, you’ll have 15 minutes to fill your box with as many Coton Colors and Happy Everything! products as you can fit inside it! Box must be able to close completely with the lid flat and taped up by a Coton Colors Company Crew Member by the time the timer goes off.

Do I need to bring my Fill-A-Box Ticket receipt?
Yes! Your receipt will act as your ticket for entry. Please print and bring your receipt with you to the Fill-A-Box Event.

Do we all get the same size box at the Fill-A-Box Event?
Yes! Everyone gets the same exact size box for Fill-A-Box.
Pro Tip: Past participants have managed to fit a thousand dollars worth of products in one box, so make sure to spend at least the last 5 minutes solely on fitting your items and closing your box.

Can I bring someone with me?
You can bring another person with you but they are not allowed on the floor with you during the event. They cannot help you pack your box and they must remain off to the side away from the floor for the duration of the shopping event.

Can I buy more than 1 ticket/box for myself?
Limit 1 box per person. We want to allow as many customers as possible to attend the event and enjoy the fun!
