Coton Colors is committed to providing our customers with quality hand-made products and exceptional customer service. If within 30 days of receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Coton Colors will gladly accept the return of your new, unused, undamaged, still in original packaging merchandise for a full refund less shipping charges.
Items in new and unused condition with all original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Refunds will be issued for the original amount of purchase. Personalized items are not eligible for return.
Coton Colors Flagship Stores are not able to process returns or exchanges for items that were purchased in other Coton Colors Flagship Store. Items must be returned to original store of purchase.
Items purchased on Coton-Colors.com may be dropped off at a Coton Colors Flagship Store for return. Refunds will be processed through the website within 14 days.
Extended Holiday Gift Returns: To help with your holiday gift giving, purchases made between November 1 and December 26 can be returned until January 31.
Exceptions to this return policy include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Gift cards are not returnable.
- Final sale items are not returnable.
- Items purchased at the warehouse sale are not returnable.
- Promotional items received with an order are not returnable.
- Special collections and collaborations may be subject to a return policy that may differ from our standard return policy.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Returns with the original receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
- Registry returns will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a gift card for the original amount of purchase.
- Return shipping fees (if any) will be deducted from the customer's refund.
- Applicable refunds are on merchandise only (not shipping or gift wrap)
- Refunds will not be issued for items that arrive to our facility damaged. Please make sure to package your items securely. If your items arrive to us damaged, please contact your carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.
- Prior purchases are not eligible for a price adjustment.
- Exchanges are not available for items purchased online. Please return the product according to our return policy and place a new order.
- Registry items may be returned within 60 days of event or within 60 days of purchase, whichever date is later with a physical receipt, gift receipt, or e-receipt.
