What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards—Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Coton Colors Gift Cards.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, contact us immediately for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?
We are happy to cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped. Please call customer service and we will be happy to give you a refund. We are not able to refund personalized items.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed immediately and take 3 to 5 business days to post on accounts.
All discrepancies/damage claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within 5-7 business days of receipt of the order. Once order is shipped you will receive a FedEx Tracking number. During the holiday season, please allow 7-10 days for receipt of the order. If there is an issue, we will notify you by phone or email. If shipping to a PO Box, please allow 7 to 10 days from receipt of the order. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by FedEx or USPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $10. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, or countries other than the US, please call Customer Service at 1-877-801-1292 or email@example.com.
All orders are shipped by FedEx Ground 3-4 Day Service. No signature required. Coton Colors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact FedEx at 1.800.463.3339 to file a claim.
How do I care for Coton Colors pottery?
Each piece is hand made and hand painted so please treat it with care. Our pottery is food safe. It may be placed in the dish washer. It is microwave safe on low heat for short re-heating time. Do not use our pottery in the oven (unless otherwise stated on the piece).
