What methods of payment do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
We are happy to cancel your order. Please call customer service and we will be happy to give you a refund. We are not able to refund personalized items.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within 5-7 business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by phone or email. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by Fedex or USPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $10. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, or countries other than the US, please call Customer Service at 1-877-801-1292.
How do I care for Coton Colors pottery?
Each piece is hand made and hand painted so please treat it with care. Our pottery is food safe. It may be placed in the dish washer. It is microwave safe on low heat for short re-heating time. Do not use our pottery in the oven (unless otherwise stated on the piece).
